Delete Your DATACDL Account

You may permanently request deletion of your DATACDL account and associated personal data. This page explains how to submit a request, what is deleted, and what may be retained when required by law. Deleting your DATACDL account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Stripe subscription — cancel billing through the platform that charged you (Google Play → Subscriptions, or the Stripe Customer Portal) before or after requesting deletion.

• Sign in to your DATACDL account.
• Contact support at support@datacdl.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
• Include the email address associated with the account.

Signed-in users may also delete from Account → Delete Account.

The following will be permanently deleted:

• User profile
• Learning progress
• Assessment history
• Certificates (unless legally required to retain)
• Account information
• Personal data associated with the account

Certain records, such as billing, transaction, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance records, may be retained only as required by law.

When you confirm deletion while signed in (Account → Delete Account), deletion begins immediately and personal data is removed or anonymized as soon as the request completes (typically within a few minutes). Email requests sent to support are processed as soon as practicable and generally within 30 days. Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and other legally required records may be retained as described on this page.
